What kind of jewellery does Bridal Street sell?

At Bridal Street, we believe the finishing touches deserve just as much attention as the dress. Discover our carefully curated collection of bridal earrings, necklaces, bracelets and accessories, from timeless, delicate pieces to something a little more statement-making.

Is your jewellery suitable for bridesmaids too?

Absolutely! Our pieces aren’t just for brides. They make beautiful gifts for bridesmaids, maids of honour and anyone special in your bridal party. They’re also perfect for engagement celebrations, hen parties and other occasions worth dressing up for.

What materials are your jewellery pieces made from?

Our collection features a variety of materials, finishes and sparkling details, depending on the design. You’ll find information about the materials used on each product page, so you can choose the perfect piece for you.

Can I wear my jewellery again after my wedding?

We certainly hope so! We love the idea of wedding jewellery being worn and loved long after the big day. Many of our pieces are designed to feel just as special at an anniversary dinner as they do walking down the aisle.

How do I care for my jewellery?

A little love goes a long way. To keep your jewellery looking beautiful, store it somewhere clean and dry, away from direct sunlight. Avoid contact with water, perfume, lotions and hairspray, and gently clean your pieces with a soft, dry cloth.

Orders & Delivery

How much does delivery cost?

Standard UK delivery is £4.99, and we offer free UK delivery on orders over £150.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Our estimated delivery time is 5–7 days. We recommend ordering your jewellery well ahead of your wedding, so there’s plenty of time to try everything on and perfect your look.

Can I track my order?

Of course! Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information, so you can follow your jewellery’s journey to your doorstep.

Do you offer next-day delivery?

Not just yet! We currently offer standard UK delivery, so we’d recommend ordering in plenty of time, particularly if your wedding day is approaching.

Do you deliver internationally?

We’re currently focused on UK delivery, but we’d love to spread the sparkle a little further in the future. Keep an eye out for updates!

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my jewellery if I change my mind?

Of course! We want you to absolutely love your Bridal Street pieces.

If you’ve changed your mind, simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to let us know you’d like to return it. You’ll then have another 14 days to send it back.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage for change-of-mind returns. We recommend using a tracked service for peace of mind.

Will I receive a refund for my delivery charge?

If you cancel and return your entire order within the statutory cancellation period, we’ll also refund the original standard delivery charge, where applicable.

If you’re returning just part of your order, the original delivery charge is generally non-refundable.

What if my jewellery arrives damaged or faulty?

Oh no! That’s the last thing we want.

Please get in touch as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the issue and, if possible, a photograph.

We’ll help arrange the next steps, including a return where necessary. For faulty items, we’ll cover reasonable return postage costs in accordance with your statutory rights.

Can I return earrings?

For hygiene reasons, earrings supplied in sealed packaging may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns once the hygiene seal has been broken.

This doesn’t affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty.

How long will my refund take?

Once your return has been received, or you’ve provided evidence of sending it back where applicable, we’ll process your refund in accordance with our Returns Policy and applicable consumer law.

Refunds will be made to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take a little additional time to show the funds in your account.

Can I exchange an item for a different style?

If you’ve spotted something else you love, please get in touch. We’ll be happy to advise on the best way to arrange a return and place a new order.

Packaging & Gifting

How will my jewellery arrive?

Beautifully, of course!

We believe the little details matter. Your Bridal Street jewellery will arrive presented in a lovely pouch and/or jewellery box, depending on the piece.

Whether you’re treating yourself or choosing something special for someone else, we want opening your jewellery to feel like a little moment in itself.

Can I buy jewellery as a gift?

Absolutely! Our pieces make gorgeous gifts for bridesmaids, brides-to-be and loved ones celebrating something special.

With beautiful presentation and jewellery to treasure beyond the wedding day, it’s a lovely way to show someone you’re thinking of them.

Bridal Styling

When should I order my wedding jewellery?

We’d recommend choosing your jewellery once you’ve found your dress and have an idea of your hairstyle.

Ordering several weeks ahead of your wedding gives you plenty of time to try everything together, make any final styling decisions and avoid unnecessary last-minute stress.

How do I choose jewellery to complement my wedding dress?

Start with your dress neckline, embellishments and overall bridal style.

A simple gown can look beautiful with statement earrings, while a more detailed dress might call for something delicate and understated.

But remember, there are no rules. The best bridal jewellery is whatever makes you feel your most beautiful.

Does my bridal jewellery need to match my engagement ring?

Not at all! Mixing metals and finishes can look gorgeous. Whether you’re a gold girl, love silver or fancy a little of both, choose whatever feels most like you.
